Keep them safe
She told me ‘bout the forks and spoons.
A scold if they weren’t there.
On hearing this I felt the tune.
Oh! So I missed the pair.
As we go on we kill the morn,
Like strangers on the run.
Such is the norm from dusk to dawn.
No beat is set to come.
For a beat we must be neat.
Sing will no hurricane.
And build a wreath of lives that greet
The hills and laden planes.
In this my little prayer to you
Oh! Mankind hear me soon.
Not much do I, but ask you to
Keep safe the forks and spoons.
